I attended Loyola Marymount University and completed my undergraduate degree with honors in Sociology. I received my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and graduated with honors. I have volunteered at various organizations such as Cedar Sinai and DiDi Hirsch suicide prevention center.
My vision of health is for proper healing to take place, the entire self-mental, spiritual, and physical must be aligned. My unique style as a healer is integrative, and compassionate yet will challenge you. I am trained in EMDR and have helped clients successfully clear their targets of trauma. I work with individuals, teens, and couples. I challenge clients to do the necessary work so they can shift to their highest potential and I believe that positive and healthy results occur when clients leave the familiar and step into the unknown. Taking back your power in this way is not easy, but it is achievable when one receives support on their journey of self-realization and healing.
I provide an empathic and warm space for couples to explore their conflict. I equip both parties with the tools they need to build a healthier relationship with themselves and each other.
