Extractions

We often believe that all the energy we carry is our own, but in shamanic understanding, this isn't always true. At times, we unknowingly absorb energy from others, often coming from hurt or conflict directed toward us. These external energies can solidify in our Luminous Energy Field (LEF), taking on symbolic forms like spears or daggers, representing the emotional wounds they inflict. Because these energies come from people close to us, our LEF’s immune system may not identify them as foreign, making it necessary to perform extractions to remove them. Afterward, it’s essential to shift one's affinities and behaviors to prevent attracting similar energies again, ensuring continued healing and protection.
