As a native of Chicago who grew up in the eighties, I experienced life from many perspectives. These diverse experiences became a driving force behind my desire to understand the need for healing, both within myself and in the communities around me. They also fueled my deep curiosity about the connection between healing and spirituality, shaping my path toward helping others achieve holistic well-being. I completed my undergraduate studies with honors in Sociology at Loyola Marymount University. I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, where I also graduated with honors. I have volunteered with several organizations, including Cedars-Sinai and the Didi Hirsch Suicide Prevention Center. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and received my accreditation through the EMDR Professional Training Institute. Additionally, I received comprehensive training in shamanic energy medicine from The Four Winds, studying under the teachings of Alberto and Marcela Villoldo.
I approach healing as a holistic process, grounded in the belief that the alignment of all dimensions of a person—mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual—is essential for true transformation. In my work as a therapist and a energy medicine healer, I integrate this philosophy to ensure that no part of a person is left behind. While addressing cognitive and emotional issues can offer great relief, clients may still feel stuck or experience setbacks if their spiritual or soul aspects remain unhealed. I am uniquely equipped to provide comprehensive healing, addressing all facets of a person’s being. My extensive life experience enhances my ability to connect with clients on their healing journeys, making me a full-spectrum healing service committed to supporting profound and lasting transformation.
While I offer psychotherapy and energy medicine healing, these services are conducted independently of one another. I do not integrate energy medicine into my psychotherapy practice, nor do I incorporate psychotherapy into my energy healing work. Each modality is distinct and must be booked separately to ensure that the appropriate framework is followed for each healing approach. This clear boundary allows clients to fully engage with the specific method of healing they choose, whether it is psychotherapy to address mental and emotional challenges, or energy medicine for spiritual and energetic realignment.
