- DBT-informed group therapy focused on emotional regulation, identity, and relationships
- Evidence-based tools to manage triggers, reactivity, and rejection sensitivity
- Peer support in a compassionate, non-judgmental space
- Led by a licensed therapist trained in trauma, EMDR, and BPD-specific care
- Option to transition into individual therapy for deeper work
- LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive

Private Pay Group | $70 per Session
